How Fit Are Young Teens?

A new study finds that just 1 in 4 young teens meet U.S. fitness guidelines.

A new study finds that most kids ages 12 to 15 aren’t getting enough physical activity. Results based around 800 kids. U.S. fitness guidelines recommend an hour or more of physical activity every day. Few kids in the survey met the guidelines for physical activity that raises the heart rate and makes you breathe harder. Also The study found that obese teens were less active than normal-weight girls and boys. Tala fakhouri who was the lead author of the study, She also said the results provide useful information to help with fitness campaigns such as Let’s Move, which was launched by First Lady Michelle Obama in 2010.Pont said research suggests kids who get physical education at school may get better grades.

No I don't think the plants it's can be alternative to modern medicine. There is some of kind the plants it's dangerous. But some of disease it's don't need to go to the doctors every times it's come for you for example, when you have stomachaches you can take red tea, or sprite. And some of the natural remedy it's has dangerous. For example some of them has a poisons. I think whatever you have from the big disease it's better if you go to check a doctors to get prescription, to now what exactly you have. Also because I think some of disease it's doesn't works if you take natural medicine, for example some people they don't have a good immunity, so they need to go to take a prescription from the doctors. But the natural medicine it's can help you with many thing. Such as the garlic it's help you with lowering blood pressure,and fight the colds. Also the green tea it's can help you with reduce itching, and helps the immune system. In concluding, with new technology the modern medicine it's better to take it from the natural.

In my home all my dreams and my secrets it's keep it there. Every square in my home tells story. The home it's mean the save, the shelter. The home is the most safety place for you. In the home where you can take personal freedom. Form your home where you can find your neighbors,or maybe your friends. In concluding, some people they do not have home, so they do not feel what do you feel. The home is the most important place you can own it. If you now where is your home that's mean you find your rest.

In 2000 twenty three percent of teens smoke cigarettes. Nowadays, a recent survey showed that only eight percent of them use tobacco. Tobacco use causes many harmful diseases to the body such as: cancer, heart conditions, diabetes, lung diseases, and high blood pressure. The American Lung Association found that about 3,900 children under eighteen years old try their first cigarette and more than 950 of these children become regular smokers. The idea of the campaign is to join forces inorder to stop these children from smoking and spread awareness about the danger of smoking. Electronic cigarettes is becoming more popular which is a bad trend that need to be stopped. The danger of the electronic cigarettes is still unknown but the scientists are working to find that out. Smoking does not only endanger the smokers themselves but also the people around them with the secondhand smoking even a little of that smoke can be harmful. Anti-smoking campaigns are becoming more popular across the country. CVS is taking a good step towards reducing the amount of cigarettes sold by stopping selling them in their stores. Also, smoking is band from many outdoor places, for example: parks, restaurants patios, recreation areas, beaches, and waiting areas.
