There are many way to be enthusiastic person, and it's be different where how are you. Some people are more enthusiastic from the other. For example some people be very excited when they achieve target, they be very enthusiastic because they do what they want. The person how have a negative think they really not gonna be enthusiastic person. The people they be enthusiastic when they grow, because no one be enthusiastic from his self. When you want to make your self enthusiastic you need to remove all the negative though and put a positive though. I'm really enthusiastic person, because I love what I practice daily, for example I feel ver good when I can help someone in trouble. In concluding it's depend in the same person how he gonna practice his life and what he gonna though about if was a positive though or negative.

If you want to have a healthy body you need to work very hard. 

You need to avoid from the junk food and the fast food because most of them they gonna give you alot of fat. Also try to eat fruits and vegetables, and the you need to drink at least 8 glasses of liquid.

Also you need to exercise 30minutes a day five times in the week. And the most important think you need to have a good sleep, I think the people who left the weight they really need to sleep where can his muscles grow. And you need to remove from your brain the negative think, if not remove it you not gonna achieve your target.

The different between learn first language and second language and how is it difficult. First the reason make the first language more easier from learn second language, you can't explain what do you want, so you need to talk. Also it's more easier to  remember the words you learn it from any where. It's make it hard also, it's hard to find some one from the language you want to learn it to speak with him in any time. Sometimes you be afraid to say some thing wrong so you never talk. Also for me it's very difficult to learn second language English and my first language it's very different from the English, for example in Arabic we writ from the right to the left in English from the left to the right. And the lyrics it's not the sim. In concluding some people they cannot learn second language it's more difficult to them, I think it's up to the brain.

In my free time I always like to get party in my apartment, or go the gym. I have been at asu 6 month, I came in 7 march 2014. I decide to come to asu, because my brother was study at asu, and he graduate in 2010, also he get really nice job in a big company, so that the reason make my come to asu.
